I got music on my mind it's like an affliction,
I hear melodies in my head it's like my addiction.

I am Songwriter Eclectic™ because my love of music keeps my songwriting style fluid, eclectic. More details about me below :)
I am a Native American Indian songwriter that lives in Minnesota, US with my young adult daughter, and our cat Yuki (see pic of Yuki on this page 😼 ). I am a born and raised Brooklynite, (Bushwick, BK) NYC🗽 to be exact. See a throwback photo of me when I lived in NYC below. I have always loved poetry and writing songs but in 2017 I decided to take songwriting seriously and began writing better songs. I believe that I am fated with the gift of songwriting, and I will do my best with it. There is a saying: "Everything is not up to man, but is already predetermined by fate/heaven." Over the years, I’ve grown to strongly believe in the concept of fate. Because of this belief, I don’t go against it—even when others think it's silly superstition, I see it as a form of spiritual wisdom. Instead, I do my best to honor and cherish fate, because to me, it is a "Divinely" blessed planned path, chaotic negativity is the other option, so I definitely honor and cherish fate :)
My song "DRIVE ©2023" was my breakthrough song as a songwriter. "Drive" which has an East Asian theme was the first song that came from my whole heart. I really dug deep and exposed my whole heart in this song because I have a love for, and I am in awe of the various beautiful cultures of East, and Southeast Asia.
I have always loved East/Southeast Asian people and culture and have always been a big fan of Bruce Lee and Martial Arts films. My favorite of them being Bruce Lee's The Way of the Dragon (the first movie Bruce Lee directed, produced, and starred in), also the Five Deadly Venoms and Return of the Five Deadly Venoms. I also enjoyed the 36th Chamber of Shaolin, and the Dance of the Drunken Mantis, as well.
My newest favorite movies for 2024 are (Japanese) Godzilla Minus One. This movie deserves a 10 out of 10 because it was emotionally beautiful, intellectually mindful, and just brilliantly made. I love the part at the end when she asked him if his war was over, that was so beautiful :) I also love the 2023 film Quiz Lady, it was a very sweet, sincere, and hilarious movie. The scene when she got their little dog back from the gangsters was soooo funny, as well as the scene when she was tripping at the game show audition :)
I love K-Dramas, K-Pop, J-Pop, and C-Pop, as well as most of the movies and series that come out of the Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Korea, China, Thailand, etc. Here is a short list of some of my favorites: Vincenzo (2021), Ballerina (2023), Alchemy of Souls (2022), Monster (2014), The Cursed (2020), Bad Guys: Vile City (2017), My Name (2021), Pandora (2016), Alice in Borderland (2020), Bleach (2018), Sonic The Hedgehog - Films (2020 -), Bungo Stray Dogs (2016), Bungo Stray Dogs WAN! (2021), Pokemon Series My Fav Years Are (1997-2003), Durarara!! (2010), My Hero Academia (2016), Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning (2021), Golden Kamuy (2024), Indigo (2023), May the Devil Take You (2018), Death Whisperer (2023), Sewu Dino (2023), The Wailing (2016), The Guest (2018), Prison Playbook (2017), Japan Sinks: People of Hope (2021), Blue Exorcist (2011), Nocebo (2022) Death Note-Anime Series (2006), Death Note (2006), Death Note: The Last Name (2006), Death Note L: Change the World (2008), Death Note (2015), The Man From Nowhere (2010), The 8th Night (2021), Arthdal Chronicles (2019), The Entitled (2022), Hunger (2023), Kwaidan (1964), China in the Classics – The Art of War - CGTN (2021), Phobia 2 (2009), Start-Up (2019), Midnight (2021), The Priests (2015), The Witch: Part 1 - The Subversion (2018), Master of the House (2024), The Devil Punisher (2020), The Ghost Bride (2020), Black & White (2009), Higurashi When They Cry (2006), Metamorphosis (2019), Exhuma (2024), Ninja Assassin (2009).
MAINSTREAM MUSIC ARTISTS
I have many favorite musical artists from East and Southeast Asian backgrounds, but as far as realness in mainstream music, I would have to say that Jackson Wang is one of my favorite artists. I like his songs because he doesn't hold back his feelings in his music. I also like the way he presents the videos for the songs he writes. They are very unique. Examples (Cruel, Champagne Cool, Blue, Come Alive, and collabs Walking - with Joji, and Magnetic - Rain f/ Wang).
One of my new favorites is "Hate to Love," which premiered on YouTube on 6/5/2025 (see music video below). The song is about how some people have underhanded motives in relationships. They’re not really in it for love, but for what they can get from their partner.
People like this crave material benefits, control, validation, or just narcissistic attention. These motives show up in destructive behaviors like manipulation, gaslighting, excessive criticism, and emotional unavailability. It creates a cruel dynamic that is transactional or exploitative rather than loving and supportive.
It’s sad that people can be like this. Honestly, it’s quite disturbing because it shows a lack of empathy for how it affects another person's feelings and mental health. Love should be unconditional. Unconditional love does not harm either party in a relationship because it is nurturing, caring, does not erode trust, and is uplifting and safe.
Once trust is gone, it's gone. Trust is the core foundation of a relationship. Once trust is broken, it’s impossible to fully restore. Even if forgiveness is offered, the memory of betrayal often lingers and doubts resurface. Even if the relationship continues, it is a broken one, because the innocence and security that once existed are impossible to recapture. Trust is the foundation, and once trust is gone, the foundation crumbles and is destroyed.
That is why, when I choose to trust someone, I have a sound reason to trust them. It is earned by the high standards I set for trust; my trust is never given on a whim. For me to tell someone I trust them, it is because I see something in their core being, essence, soul that has earned my trust. It is not based on anything else but that.
People often say “I love you” in relationships these days just because it's the popular thing to do. Love should never be used lightly. Unfortunately, in today's society, it's thrown around with no real meaning. It's just a word without substance, and many relationships today are transactional. Many include narcissistic supply rather than genuine connection, love, or honor. That is not love. That is just people choosing to use the word "love" superficially, no different than someone saying they love a car, a coat, or pizza. There is no real love without trust, respect, and honor.
Jackson Wang realizes he needs to stop looking for love from others and must first learn how to love himself. That’s a lesson many should try to take advice from. Hopefully, Jackson Wang will learn to love himself enough so that he will not just be the giver in a relationship, but will also find someone who gives back to him. I hope he finds her. He seems to be a sweet person, and he is an Aries like me. Aries have that giving spirit, but we need to be careful not to let people take advantage of that :)

I ALWAYS FOUND PEOPLE OF EAST AND SOUTHEAST ASIAN DESCENT TO BE BEAUTIFUL, SWEET, HELPFUL, AND GIVING.
When the pandemic hit it broke my heart to see all the Anti-Asian hate which sadly is still occurring in America to this day, there is so much anti Asian violence and hate, it really gets to me and it hurts me deeply. I will never forget the Asian Grandma who fought back, I loved her fire, and that’s coming from an Aries.
I find it very cool that I share my birth month and day as an Aries with Song Dynasty General Yue Fei (1103). Loyalty to, and standing up for what I believe in is also something else we have in common.
So stand strong, and just know that I support you guys and pray for Asian communities safety everywhere🥰🤗. #StopAsianHate
This is a throw back picture of me when I lived in NYC. I think I still have a lot of NYC in my system.
I am a born and raised New Yorker, can't take the "Old School", "Classy" New York out of my blood. Growing up in and attending school in New York City during what I consider its "greatest days" helped shape me into who I am.

I Also ❤️ These Anime Characters
I love the Japanese Persona video games by Atlus, and the anime Persona 3 movie parts 1-4, as well as Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog. Our favorite consoles are Playstation 1-4, we have all four, and we have the original Sega Genesis 16 Bit with Sonic The Hedgehog, and other game cartridges like Mortal Combat and Sonic and Knuckles. Even though I don't make time to play these games I still love these particular characters. My daughter has a huge collection of games for the various Playstation consoles we have. I think gaming and the graphics created for them are very kool, no one is ever too old to be a gamer 🎮 :)

🏡HOME: LAND OF 10,000 LAKES - MINNESOTA
I also love the art of Kintsugi and Ikebana.
Kintsugi because it shows that even broken things can become more beautiful and cherished. These vases and such are held together with gold.
Ikebana because it lets things lay as they are, just like they are in nature. The flowers are arranged as they would be in their natural environment; unlike the west that arranges flowers in a form that is not found in nature. The basics of Ikebana are harmony, balance, and minimalism.
I also love that these art styles are seen as simple but are really complex and very detailed when you think about the deeper meaning of them.
Kintsugi is a metaphor for life's ups and downs, and how they make people stronger even with scars obtained through living life.
Thee Kintsugi says "Never Give Up" something I always say to those i Love :)
Ikebana seems to mean don't disturb how things are created, let them be who, what, and how they are. -

FOODS I ENJOY
I also love East and Southeast Asian foods. Some of my favorites are Unagi Nigiri (Japanese Eel Sushi), Katsudon, various Udon dishes, various Fried Rice dishes, Jjajangmyeon (Korean black bean noodles), Steamed Pork Buns, Bulgogi, and Vietnamese Spring Rolls. I also love cooking some of these dishes at home for myself and my daughter. I also drink Matcha Green Tea with added Ginger.
I eat other types of foods as well but East Asian foods are my favorite :) Short list of other foods I enjoy. I like Pizza, Calzones, Fried Chicken (though fried chicken should technically be listed in Asian foods since its origins are in China and the Middle East😉), Gyros, and most Seafood, as well as medium rare Steak with good marbling, and Fried Egg on Toast with a side of just a Buttery Toast, and sometimes Black Tea with milk and sugar :)
5/11/2024 I have to keep these items stocked because I use them alot :)
Pork Fried Rice 3/29/24 I only use the Nagatanien brand seasoning for fried rice.
A pic I took in 2023. We also love fried chicken, I cook it a lot.
ABOUT MY SONG "DRIVE" AND WHY I WAS INSPIRED TO WRITE IT.
"DRIVE" click here --> My Songs
"Drive" is a song about love and balance in a relationship where both people complement each other, Yin and Yang. I hope that "Drive" gives people the courage to open themselves up in their relationship and not be afraid of showing their whole self in a committed relationship. "Drive" helped me find the balance that will be needed for a future relationship, so that I will be the Yin to his Yang.
MY HEARTFELT ♥️PERSONAL THOUGHTS, AUTHENTIC ME WITH NO SUGAR-COATING, EXPRESSED IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER :) (1/2025)
A PARTNER FOR LIFE " THE ONE":
I will practice what I preached in "Drive", and will do the same once the right person for me comes along. Someone who brings out the very best in me, and I bring out the very best in him. We have to mutually get each other and each others quirks, all the things that make us tick. Someone who will never attempt to hold me back in my career choice, and 100% supports me in my music goals. I have come to the conclusion after living and learning that I am solely attracted to East Asian guys, this comes from being exposed to different cultures and people while growing up in New York City, and from life in general. The only kind of guy I feel that I can 100% be myself with is an East Asian guy with feeling safe and comfortable enough to do so, its the cultural thing that would allow that. You have to be true to yourself and not worry about what other people think. It's your life, and no one is going to live it for you but you. So, why not find happiness in the choices you make while living it. Many people have lived with regret because they tried to please others instead of doing what was right for themselves. While I find beauty in people of various ethnicities, including my own, my personal preferences regarding relationships is something I have a firm stance on. A certain mindset and approach to life is essential to be happy and healthy in life, and being true to yourself is one of them. East Asian men, in my experience, fully align with the standards and values I hold to heart. I also find East Asian eyes incredibly beautiful. To me, they are a special creation, designed to stand out and add to the overall beauty.
My preference for East Asian men is not rooted in any kind of idealization; instead, it comes from years of personal observation and reflection. Over the decades, I have come to appreciate the values, goals, and lifestyles that many East Asian men hold. The emphasis on family, respect, and hard work resonates deeply with my own goals. I also find East Asian men approach to relationships with loyalty and commitment is what I seek in someone I will share my life with. This is not only about attraction; it reflects a deeper compatibility in how we view life and our priorities and I believe that these shared values will contribute significantly to a fulfilling relationship together. My attraction to East Asian men stems from the physical beauty. Additionally, I'm drawn to the strong cultural values, caring nature, emphasis on family, loyalty, calm demeanor, and self-control. Also, self-regulation is very important to me. I've observed a remarkable determination in East Asian men when it comes to pursuing their goals in education and career choices. #HumbleTenaciousness🫰
MY TAKE ON BEING A MOTHER AGAIN... IN THE FUTURE:
I love the traditional practice of having multigenerational family in the same household and in Japan it's called (nisetai jutaku, or "two-generation houses, but it's usually three generations in these kinds of homes). This style of home is something I want implimented so that traditions and languages are not lost and forgotten by the next generation. I have a strong desire to make sure that my future child(ren) with the East Asian man I end up with know their East Asian language like the back of their hand, and that the child(ren)'s father, grandparents, and other family members help them master it as well as immersing them in their culture, that would make me very happy :) Being a Native American with a loss of culture and language; I would be grateful to see my future child(ren) having strong cultural values and language skills, that to me would be a blessing. It's something I look forward to and really hope and pray for :)
My dream and goal for us is to have a "nisetai jutaku" type home on expansive land in the states with fruit and nut trees, a garden area, and a small pond for Koi fish, as well as room for other uses and activities, hopefully located in Minnesota. Other east Asian qualities I love is the respect and care for elders, marriage that last a lifetime, and care of children teaching them real values including humility and giving, and the fact that traditional East Asian cultures and languages have not been influenced by the west, and remain intact as they were in the past. Not one non-Asian group has come in and suppressed the history or values in East Asian countries overseas in general. They hold on to things we as Natives in the Americas have lost forever due to the colonization of the Americas. I over time found that I can recognize three East Asian languages by ear and in written form...Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, these are the languages I hope to become conversationally fluent in.
He will have my utmost love, honesty, loyalty, respect, trust, and commitment, and future child(ren) together as well. I take care of myself, I have never done drugs, never drunk alcoholic beverages, and I have never smoked. I try to stay as fit as I can by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and weight. I am a women's size 5/6 or (small), at a height of about 5'5", and my physical health is important to me. Becoming a mother again someday is something I really look forward to, and a plus because it is said that children of mothers my age are smarter, taller, and healthier. Plus I have experience and will not come into motherhood without any skills. I feel that since I am older this would be an experience that would be even more wonderful because the older you are (well at least with me) the more patience you have, the more open you are, and you appreciate every little thing in life because you see life with maturer eyes and have no real hangups because you grow past that stage in life as you get older. I know everthing won't be perfect with being a mother again but it will be worth it. I can also say with being a mother again I may learn a few new things too :)
My preference is that he will have to be younger than me but mentally and emotionally mature, not stale, just mature in these ways. I expect us to be able to enjoy life fully. This is my personal preference based on what I want and need. I still want to live a full colorful life and have no one tell me I can't enjoy all aspects of life because they have become cynical, static, and have lost the desire to live a life filled with richness and fullness because of longer life experiences. A younger guy would be open to supporting the things I want, and need in my life. My daughter was like mom I just can't see you with anyone your age or older, you don't look or act your age. I guess that is her way of saying I am lively...not immature, just full of life, lol. These are my values, my personal wants and needs, and are no secret, this is just who I am, and the right person will meet the majority, or possibly even all of them.
I am a strict practicing celibate and have been doing so since 01/2014. I don't feel ashamed or weird with my lifestyle choices because dating is very serious to me and I don't take it lightly, this is why I don't date just to date, and this is also why I don't like or involve myself in the toxic U.S. dating culture at all. From my Native American perspective I would not date an American man under any circumstances, and an East Asian/Asian American man is dateable ONLY if he has not been "assimilated into the toxic American culture and stripped of his East Asian cultural norms and language". I date only for commitment, and East Asian culture fits my ideal standard for dating since I take relationships very seriously, and courting is a respectful part of dating and is practiced in regions of Asia. It is my choice to be celibate for the reasons stated above. Though it may not be right for everyone, it is right for me. I made this celibate vow to myself and to the man who will end up being my partner for life :)
East Asian men who hold on to their beautiful cultures and passed down traditional values tend to be the most sincerest and sweetest men. I personally have come to the conclusion that East Asian guys are the only guys I have any genuine relationship interest in because they fit all the qualifications I want and need in my life. After not being in a relationship since 2014 I tend to see things very clearly and make wiser decisions about who I will allow in my personal life. Since life is about free will choices, these are mine, and what is best for me.
So... don't be afraid to start up a conversation with me as long as it is an open, honest, and respectful conversation, that is. Just know that I have a 6th sense when it comes to people and can spot what they are about a mile away, I instantly feel peoples vibes. I freak people out when I know things, but I have been like this since I was little so I am used to it, and I am upfront about having this gift, or eyes as some call it. No one can really fool me. Just be upfront, open, honest, and sincere from the get go because honesty is not shameful or weak, it shows courage :)
When I say something I truly mean it, I am sincere even when others aren't at times. I don't lie to myself either because lying to one's self is self defeating, and I know I also have to answer to God. That is just my way of doing things in life. I can be confident in what I say about myself because I know what I have to offer in a relationship. I am no carbon copy of anyone; I love being me. I cherish the person that I am, and am grateful to God for creating me the way I am :)
I keep things real with myself, and I don't play games with other people's minds or feelings because I respect myself too much to do that. Plus, it's childish and shows a lack of maturity, both mentally and emotionally to be that way. The East Asian man I will end up with will be upfront with me at all times—no beating around the bush. My motto is if you have something to say...say it, and own it. I always try to be truthful because it's better to tell the truth.
I know everyone doesn't believe in God/Jesus, but I do, and I hold myself accountable, and I always keep it real. Being the fiery Aries that I am I keep harsh words to myself unless they are absolutely justified and warranted to be said. The tongue should always be guarded because it being what it is can say the sweetest things at times, or cut through people like a sword. So, I try to keep mine in check most of the time😉.
I am an Aries.
I am also under sign of Rooster, YIN element.
GETTING BACK TO WHAT I SEEK IN "THE ONE" WHO WILL BE MY PARTNER FOR LIFE: (1/2025)
I see my life is an adventure, and the right guy will gladly be on board for these adventures with me, because he will be the right guy :)
I am not strictly against dating an American East Asian guy or an East Asian guy from a European country as long as he loves his culture and language and wants to see it passed down to future generations (as in our future child(ren) together), and has not been assimilated so much that he forgot where he comes from through his East Asian family lines. As a Native American, I've witnessed firsthand how our cultures and languages have become fragmented and lost over time; including my own culture and language which is very fragmented and essentially lost in a way it cannot be fully regained. Therefore, I deeply respect East Asian individuals who cherish and uphold their language and culture. In American society, there's often pressure to assimilate and discard one's cultural identity to fit in. However, I believe in standing out rather than conforming. Maintaining and celebrating one's cultural heritage is a powerful way to preserve identity and diversity...why fit in, when you can stand out.
A Long Distance Relationship: (LDR) is very workable for me with the right person, as long as we are both single, legitimately verified; knowing that we are factually who we say we are, and make time to see each other in person a few times a year, or more depending on circumstances, and can take time out to video chat and text with each other while also maintaining a committed loyal relationship long distance, and eventually settling down in one place together (hopefully in Minnesota in the U.S. since there is no place safer, and more pristine than MN in the U.S.). Plus LDR allows for conection and trust at a deeper level, emotionally and mentally, giving the relationship time to develop in a meaningful way. This creates a bond that can become unbreakable as love grows over time in an honorable and real way. This is how a relationship should work, not the other way around. Love should come first, and then everything else will easily flow into place.
Miles between people has nothing to do with love but it can prove just how much love is really there between a couple. Those that had an LDR that didn't work out didn't have a love strong enough to maintain it so they gave up. In life sometimes people just have to do business or work in other lands and it can't be helped but I am mature minded enough to deal with a situation like that because all that matters is mutual love, respect, honesty, and loyalty.
Love Has No Borders: Love has no boundaries, love is a borderless, beautiful, transcendental emotion that surpasses geographical locations. I can love someone I am committed to no matter where they are in the world, they would know that they can depend on me to be there for them and be loyal to them no matter where they are whenever they have to travel to other parts of the world. Think about all the military or business men who have to travel and stay in places for months who have wives loyally married to them. It takes a certain kind of woman to be strong enough to be that wife, and a certain kind of man to honor that wife. Empires where built by men who had wives just like this. I will also say women who built Empires had husbands just like this also👑.
You should be able to trust each other no matter where you are until you can both settle down in the same place. (I am hoping here in the states, in Minnesota. It is beautiful here, can't see myself living anywhere else in the states). Trust is my number one rule. Nothing else can be built on without it. Imagine seeing someone nearly everyday, if not everyday, but you don't really trust them, you have doubts about what they are doing and their sincerity as well, you are stressed when they are not right around you, and you hold on to them because you are totally co-dependent on their presence in your life. That is not a relationship...that is fear, and it is so sad for anyone to be that way. No one should feel sad, doom, gloom, tired, lonely, hopeless, unloved, unappreciated, suffocated, confused, burdened, mistrusted, ignored, mistreated, manipulated, or depressed in a relationship. These are all clear signs of major relationship trouble, these are relationship red flags.
I am extra cautious about who I will allow in my life, I will not allow any of these negatives in my life, I am a person who loves kindness, truthfulness, sincerity, peace, and balance in a relationship and will not accept anything less because without these good traits its not a relationship worth having. No one is perfect but these traits do make a relationship worth having. Some may say I have high standards...well, I know what I have to offer so my standards won't be anything less :)
The convenience of having the person around you all the time is nothing real, it's a miserable, unhealthy, shell of a relationship. No trust or respect for personal space to me equals no real love. People have lives before they meet and should still be able to spend some time with family and friends without feeling like they are in the wrong for doing so. A shell of a relationship is soul crushing and I feel for people too afraid to move on from stuff like that, it will end badly and cause mental and emotional trauma. I won't allow anyone to entangle me in something so negative, harmful, and toxic. So what it comes down to for me personally is that I want and need a balanced and harmonious relationship without any drama. Just because I love K- Drama's that doesn't mean I want real drama in my life, and the man that I will have a committed and life long relationship with will want these same mentally and emotionally healthy things for the both of us❤️.
"DRIVE" IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A HEALTHY, HAPPY, LOVING, RELATIONSHIP SHOULD WORK.
I think that people today are kind of fearful of opening up themselves fully to another whom they are in a relationship with because they don’t want to be ridiculed, when two people love each other fear should not exist. Love is not fear, love is kindness, trust, and honor. I believe that these things are what sustain a relationship.
I embedded Yin and Yang into the lyric representing male and female by using the phrase below, and it worked perfectly :)
MascuYANG FeminYIN

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION OF MY SONG "DRIVE"
"DRIVE" was produced and sung by the same producer. He is a British Chinese producer out of the UK, C.S.
C.S. really listened to me and did the song exactly how I wanted it. He paid attention to every single note and melody I gave him to work with, every idea I threw at him for concept, and he understood my song "Drive" completely even with me using just my vocal melody (as in the original way I sung the song lyrics and its melody) to create the musical melody and vocal arrangement for the song. C.S. was so helpful and did a beautiful job with my song. I also chose him because I did not feel it was right to use any other vocalist on "DRIVE" but an Asian male singer and producer because the song is so culturally East Asian that I did not want to offend anyone by using anyone else. Culture is important, and sadly many of us Natives have lost our languages as well as culture due to colonization throughout the Americas. As a Native American I'm very sensitive to cultural appropriations.
Producer C.S. was a Godsend, and I mean this literally. I prayed that the song would turn out great, and it did. C.S. had the right voice and vibe that I needed for the song, and I was correct in choosing him to sing and produce it. I also fully own the master to my song "Drive" and all copyright and publishing rights as well.
VISION AND GOALS WORTH MANIFESTING:
I personally want to bridge the gap between myself as a Native American and other people of Asian descent. In my heart Asia is my first motherland because technically Native Americans are Asian Diaspora from Asia, and factually my Indigenous people left Asia 10's of thousands of years ago to come to the Americas. Many of us of Native American Indian descent know that we come from Asia, and we know that our story begins in Asia.
I truly believe that everything is coming full circle.
My goal is to do my part in promoting highly underserved Asia Diaspora worldwide including Native Americans like me, giving us a chance and a voice in the music industry. A place where we won't be exploited, and where we can create without suppression, and not have others limiting our true talents. I plan to learn music production and music video directing skills along the way as well. This is my vision worth manifesting.
My long term music career goal is to do my part in strengthening our place as a network of Asia Diaspora talent. We, as a network, will support each other, and stand strong in the music industry. Click on --->>"THE BRAND".
Our change is coming. #Inevitable
Asia Diaspora therefore becomes a permanent strong voice in the worldwide music industry without limitations, or middlemen. The west and its music industry has suppressed great music from people of our ethnic backgrounds for so long, and that is on its way to coming to an end. We have strong determination and tenacity embedded in our DNA.
My favorite saying, that is Chinese in origin:
"Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid of standing still.”
I want to spread my love of music and my love of Asia back to Asia and give people on the continent of Asia good, honest, authentic music coming from this side of the world. I want to bring back music that makes people's heart, soul, and mind feel good again. Positive music that gives hope.
I truly love Asian people everywhere, and I state this with my deepest sincerity 😊.
I hope that you as my audience will support my music efforts now, and in the future!
Sincerely yours,
Sonya B., a.k.a. Songwriter Eclectic™
